IMPORTANT NOTICE .. COVID-19 Protocols

Calgary Folk Club COVID-19 Protocols - (September 17, 2021)

In the interest of community health and safety, and to provide as safe and healthy club environment for our concerts as possible, the following requirements apply to all audience members, volunteers, and artists attending our concerts in person:

1. All patrons must present proof vaccination, with the second dose received at least 2 weeks prior to the concert. (No Exceptions or Exemptions)

2. Please not bring any personal food, beverages or alcohol to the venue.

3. Masks must be worn throughout the event. (Other than performers on-stage.)

4. Attendance will be capped below 50% of pre-COVID maximum capacity.

5. There will be no admission to the building until after 6:45PM or when the sound check has been completed.

6. This season’s live concerts are live-streamed, and those unable to meet these requirements are encouraged to enjoy the concert at home.

By attending a Calgary Folk Club live event, you agree to the above requirements.

NOTE: Assumption of RISK:

• By attending a Calgary Folk Club live event, you are voluntarily assuming all risks related to COVID-19, including exposure and contracting COVID-19.

• Further, you agree to hold harmless The Calgary Folk Club, its volunteers, directors, contractors, or artists from liable for any damages, loss or injury related to COVID-19, including exposure and contracting COVID-19.
  

Failure to comply with Calgary Folk Club’s COVID-19 policies and/or other safety protocols and those of the City of Calgary and/or Alberta Health Services will result in a warning and/or removal from the event at the discretion of event organizers. Refunds will not be issued to anyone who is removed from the event for failure to comply with COVID-19 safety protocols.
